What happened: I purchased sketches shoes around * months ago I been out of country for * months I wore them shoes only couple of times in * months they are in very good condition from outside but from inside of shoes there are massive holes I spent £** on them shoes which is not good and acceptable I got my receipts and tags of shoes as well I took back to wynsor from where I bought them they said they won't deal with it because it's been over * months and they will send back to company and company will decide what to do in mean time I bought another pair of sketches shoes to wear at work from TK maxx and spent another £** and after wearing * weeks sole of shoes is sticking out I only bought them shoes around * weeks ago so I will take back to TK maxx and get my money back but I'm a regular customer I buys mine and kids shoes from sketches because they are normally good but this is very bad experience I spent over£** in last * months on shoes and both turned out faulty and bad quality obviously money doesn't grow on trees *cheeky manager from wynsor said they will send back shoes but obviously it's because of when you wear it happens which is not very good excuse even £* shoes from primark lasts * months .As good gesture if you sort out this matter for me it would be great and I deserve refund or compensation I'm regular customer I will continue using your products but if you won't sort out anything I will switch to buy from another company and will leave a review obviously which won't be good and you will loose and loyal customer I spends around£*** after every couple of months with your company which I won't.
